TeaM Energy Scholarship Program
School Year 2009-2010
The program will finance the education of 5 deserving High School graduates in a 5-year Engineering Course or
3-year Technology (Engineering) Course at Pangasinan State University and Colegio de Dagupan
GENERAL CRITERIA OF ELIGIBILITY:
- High School graduates in all schools at Pangasinan Province
- Graduated with a Final Grade of at least 85% in Math, English and Science
- Bonafide resident of Pangasinan for at least 5 years
- Annual Family income of P100,000 or less
- Good Moral Character
- Have passed the entrance examination at Pangasinan State University or Colegio De Dagupan

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Photocopy of F-138 or 4th year High School report card
- Photocopy of Income Tax Return of parents and family members in the same household;
W2 for those who have no ITR or those whose annual earnings are below Php 100,000.00;
BIR Tax Exemption Certificate for those who are not earning
- Certificate of residency from the Provincial Governor's Office
- Certificate of good moral character from the High School Guidance Office
- Certification/Letter from PSU or Colegio De Dagupan with the entrance examination

POSSIBLE COURSE OPTIONS:
The applicant must specify in the official application a Priority 1 and Priority 2 course among the following:
Pangasinan State University
- BS Mechanical Engineering
Colegio De Dagupan
- BS Electrical Engineering
- BS Computer Engineering
- BS Electronics and Communications Engineering
2-Year Technology Courses (Ladderized Program):
- Associate in Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Associate in Computer Technology
SCHOLARSHIP PRIVILEGES:
- Full matriculation fee and monthly allowance
EXPECTED DATE OF ANNOUNCEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFIERS:
Notification of the granted and denied application will be made through mail or telegram. Scholars will be given a certification from the Team Energy External Affairs Office for enrollment purpose.
