General Information on College Admission
Admission Procedures for Freshman Students SY 2010-2011
A. Who may take the PSU College Admission Test (CAT) for 2010-2011:
- Any currently enrolled fourth year high school student.
- Any high school graduate who has not yet enrolled in any college or
vocational school.
- Any transferee from other college/university.
- Any student who passed the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
- Who is of Good Moral Character and has not violated the rules and regulations of
his/her school.
Requirements and Fee:
- Duly accomplished PSU-CAT Form (Download PSU-CAT Form HERE)
- Two (2) identical 2x2 photo in plain background with name tag
- Photocopy of Form 138 (Report Card)
- Self-addressed envelope (if mailed result is desired)
- One hundred pesos (P100.00) as PSU-CAT Fee
Note: For Foreign Students
- Take and pass the PSU-CAT and PSU English Proficiency Test prior to admission.

Submit the following:
- Valid Student VISA
- Original Transcript with English Translation
- Identification card issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration
B. Admission Procedures:
- Application Form can be secured from the following:
- Download application form at http://www.psu.edu.ph
- Guidance Office of the chosen campus you wish to be admitted.
- Admission and Testing Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan
- Fill our application form and attach recent two (2) identical 2x2 picture.
- Pay the testing fee of P100.00 to designated cashier and get your official receipt.
- Submit the accomplished PSU-CAT Form with your requirements and the official receipt
of payment to the Guidance Office.
- Get your test permit indicating your schedule of exam.
C. During the Examination Day:
- Go to the designated testing center specified in your test permit.
- Bring Mongol pencil #2, eraser and snacks.
- Present your test permit to the examiner.
D. Result of PSU-CAT
- Results will be published thru the Internet at the PSU Website (www.psu.edu.ph).
- Examinees will be sent individual notice (for those who submitted mail stamp
envelope).
- If you passed the PSU-CAT, secure your interview schedule from the campus
you wish to be accepted.

Scholarships are enjoyed by students who meet the criteria set by the sponsoring
individual or organization. Students enjoy free tuition fee and in some cases,
